Is this how a nurse gets paid?

After a long day of work I slept deeply through the night. I failed to wake up early, and to wake dad up on time to go to work. Mom opened her eyes at 6:50 a.m. and rushed daddy to leave to work.
What did I found next? To my surprise, daddy left running and closed the bedroom door right behind him. Sure, mom barely slept that night with a stomachache and difficulty to breathe. But that doesn't mean that she will ignore a pug's hunger, right? She rolled on MY blankie and went back to bed.
I barked, and cried, and whinned, and did all the noises I have learned in my short life until she finally woke up, opened the door and followed me downstairs to fill my dish with food and carrots.
What do I get in exchange? She started having a headache. Lady, no more ailments, please. The nurse needs some time off to rest.

Aww.. Poor Coco. But I'm thinking your Mom isn't feeling all that great either so be the bigger pug and try to make her feel better!

Sweet Coco,

It's pretty hard taking care of our parents, isn't is!? And I don't know if they've told you this yet, but soon enough you will have a teeny tiny sister who you need to protect and care for.

It's not getting any easier, cutie pie! I think you will handle it all perfectly, as long as they don't make you wait for your breakfast anymore!!!

Hi Coco! I think you need an assistant to help you take care of your mom. She's requires a lot of care because she just isn't herself these days.

I would scream if I didn't get fed. I start my crying for food as soon as I wake up in the morning. I dream about food all night and I'm starving when I get up. Tell your mom to just leave the food out so you won't have to wake her up to feed you.
