Friends,
Welcome to our family hospital! Humans at home have been sick with different degrees of respiratory infection being mom the worst case. I didn't get the bug, but I still needed my daily dose of medicine for Addison's disease. Every morning I position myself by the bathroom counter where my medicine is stored. I even bark to alert mom that my medicine is due. In this picture, I am teaching baby sister how to properly position herself to receive her dose of antibiotics. She is a good patient, let me tell you.
Mom, on the other hand, missed days at work and complained about feeling too sick, which worried me because she was not getting paid. It took mom four days to finally decide to go see a doctor. Mom couldn't answer if she had had fever because she didn't make the huge effort of using a thermometer. Mom doesn't take her medicines on time with the silly excuse that she can't think straight. Mom is not a good patient.
There comes my great business idea: a school to teach people and dogs how to be good patients if they unfortunately happen to get sick.
I had to send mom back to work already because she said she is too broke to finance my business project. I hope her co-workers don't mind all the coughs, sneezes and the "what did you just say?". Yeah, ear infections can make you dummy!

Moms are stubborn! Hate to hear about everyone's sickies. My mom is the same way. The day she finishes a round of anti-biotics is the day I can fly. You are a good boy though. Shouldn't you get extra treats for that??

Oh, no, Coco! Hanklin is getting over an ear infection, too!
Tell your mommy to start being a good patient! We need to keep her healthy for you and baby sissy!
Lick ya later!
