Why I do what I do

Hello friends,
I had in mind to write something today. Then, I realized that my sweet friend Payton (pugnaciousp.blogspot.com) had given me the Liebster Blog Award, which means "dearest" in German and is intended for blogs with less than 200 followers, to bring the attention they deserve. I am very thankful to Payton for the award and to all of you following our stories.
Well, coincidentally I was going to tell you all today that writing is for us like going on a imaginary mini vacation. It helps kick out the stress, it makes us wonder if you all will like it, it just makes us happy. We appreciate that our blog friends share a little part of their lifes with us and we like to do it, too.
So, this award came in the right moment because without our followers and readers, we probably wouldn't be here!
(ok, "we" sounds like a lot of people. Mom only types for me - just wanted to clarify that).
