Now that my sister is starting to resemble an actual human being (instead of the pooping cute doll she used to be), mother is thinking of activities in which she should engage herself with the help of the little girl. It is way too soon to sew or scrapbook, she thinks.

We had a whole family event making pizza one night. Even the littlest one (I think he was 2 at the time) got to help put the sausage and cheese on the pizza. That might be something that the now-looking-like-a-human little girl can help with!!

Make cup cakes :) She can help pour some of the ingrediants in and help a little with the stirring. And then she can help decorate them!
Also, you can make home-made playdoh with her!
