Choo! Choo! Here we come!
Where do we go?
To the vet I was told!
I got ready, I got excited.
As usual, I wouldn't leave my mom's side.
Can't risk her forgetting me at all!
Choo! Choo! I was asked to disembark.
Why should I?
Change of plans?
It's the fever and the swollen eyes,
after so many days she didn't get better.
You're only going for a regular visit after all.

For it was her first day of school,
and she was going to miss that!
