I love to travel. Who doesn't? What I have not been able to do yet is travel with my pug. On last year's Labor Day I went to a farmer's market in Canada and brought a firefighter's costume for Coco. Back at home, I tried the costume on Coco and showed it to my husband.
"What is that supposed to be?"
For my last year's birthday (mid november) my mom was visiting me. We woke up early and took the road towards Key West. We had breakfast in Midway Cafe, where dogs are allowed inside the restaurant. I always share my vegetables with Coco, this time a pickle. He played with the pickle a little bit, licked it and left it on the floor. Before leaving our table I placed the pickle on my plate, along with the used napkins. There was a group of bicyclists having breakfast too. Guess what? When we were leaving the restaurant one of them walked to my table and ate the pickle!
We couldn't go all the way to Key West because I am too lazy to drive that long. We went to a beach halfway instead. The water was too cold for me, but perfect for Coco. It is very shallow and he feels confortable going in and out, with me close to him.
Then, Coco met Chloe. It was love at first sight. Or smell. But it didn't last for too long because she lives in Atlanta. Poor Coco.
Back at home, I had to rest for a while. I was so tired! When I woke up, there was a surprise at the table. Someone cooked for me!
Thank you Coco!

Coco! It's SO nice to meet you! You are SO handsome and I am going to try and eat a carrot like you today! That is a TRAVESTY that someone swiped your pickle. I wish we had a dog friendly restaurant like that here in Indy!
Mom laughed out loud at your halloween costume from last year (even without the hat, she loved it!)
Can't wait to read more!
Love and kisses,
