Hi Friends!
I have good news! Mom and dad went yesterday to talk to an advisor and he said that they can live in mom's townhouse while dad's mother's house gets sold. It seems that there are more options than mom considered and, with the help of the advisor, dad is willing to give it a try so they can keep it. She feels better because she knows what she has to do now.
I hope things work out for them. Since mom is not stressed anymore, I didn't snuggle with her today. I did lay down on her head while she was trying to sleep, though. Thank you all for your kind words!
Oh and before I forget, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DADDY!

hi sandra and coco! i am so glad you have an advisor to talk to! you might want to talk to your mortgage company too, they are being very helpful lately with all the mortgage trouble, they may be able to help with a lower fixed rate...and everyone i talk to says it doesn't hurt to ask! they really don't want to take the houses back. i love the cute nose pictures!
