A Scary Night

Hello friends!
You won't believe the nightmare our trip to Saint Augustine was. No, it was not because of the exhausting walks with the kids;

or the jogging I engaged in for hours;

or the constant supervision to the kids while they were surfing.

It was not a nightmare because of my exhaustion.

Neither because of the stairs I had to climb everyday, up and down.

You all know me, Coco. I am a brave pug.

Wait. Did you hear that noise?

Run away!!!

Faster!

There were monsters at night! REAL MONSTERS!

Oh, Coco, you are so cute! It's ok to run away from monsters. We hope you barked at the monsters too!
We love the little pirate shirt you have!

Oh Coco, we know you are very brave, but sometimes monsters are scary and it is okay to run away. We are glad you had fun on the beach. We wish we were there with you. It is going to snow again tomorrow. Sigh.
