Happy Easter friends!

Hello doggies and humans!
This has been a very busy day for us. My parents woke up at 5:20 a.m. Today. Sunday. Mom was worried because they were talking and moving around and going downstairs - where the food is - and I was still asleep! I finally woke up when they were about to leave and soon after they came back. It turns out that they were attending Easter Mass in a beautiful park, with sunrise in the Atlantic ocean as a background. Can you believe what happened next? Dad got an emergency call from work and they had to leave right in the middle of the ceremony. Before sunrise.
Daddy went to work and mom slept. Well, she only got to sleep after she let me in bed with her and my chewie marrow bone (shhhh... daddy doesn't know this!).
Later daddy took us out for breakfast. I asked for a family picture but we all don't fit in the camera phone so we took it in three parts. Don't worry, daddy had a great time, but he never smiles at cameras. And I tried to get my mom's belly in the picture too but somehow my mother doesn't look pregnant with that dress. She only looks chubby!
Oh, speaking of babies and such, I got a formal invitation for my sister's babyshower! The lab puppy's parents are organizing a baby shower for mom and two other girls that work in their other company. It is going to be in mom's boss' home, so there's going to be a yorkie attending for sure. So, the lab's human brother asked mom to take me, because he wants to take her too. Fun! (Shhhh again... I suspect the bosses don't know us doggies are attending!)
