New neighbor, cordially offering to shake mom's hand: "Nice to meet you lady. I recently moved from Jupiter".
Me: "Oh, that sounds familiar. I am from Poopiter".

Ohh CoCo be careful! He looks like he gives pinches!!! Beaches are so much fun! The one I go to is a beach just for dogs on Davis Island in Tampa! You should try the beaches here they are very nice!
Your new neighbor looks very interesting. New neighbors can be fun. But be careful, if he gets mad, the pincher looks dangerous!!
