Pug-parenting Study Guide - PART I

SUBJECT OF THE STUDY: Coco Puggy, 4 years old, only pug-child.

LOCATION: K-9s in Paradise, event at the pool.

BACKGROUND: A pug meetup was organized on Saturday, but the parents thought it was more important to stay home and get the fridge fixed.

The pug was forced to attend the water park on Sunday, all alone.

Unable to sniff his pug friends, because they were not around, the pug felt lost.

The pug decided to make the best of this day and enjoy the park, even if that had to be done alone.

Not expecting that he was being followed, he devoted himself to intense sniffing to get to know all the other doggies attending the event.

The pug met big dogs.

And discovered how playful a huge dog can be; just like pugs are.

Just by coincidence, another pug was found but he was leaving the park already.

CONCLUSION:

1. Big dogs can be fun.

2. It was too cold that day to lounge at the pool.

3. It is a great advantage to be the only pug at the park, since that guarantees that there wont be anybody else begging at the food stand.

4. The parents need to set their priorities straight. To fix the fridge was not necessary, since it broke again one week later. Also, at this time of the year, carrots do fine at room temperature. What else do we need a fridge for?

Sweet Coco
I loved your sweet story!
And I think your right- there was an advantage to being the only pug and being the only one begging for food. You are so adorable- my mom wants to pick you up and smother you in kisses!
You looked like you had a swell time sniffing and visiting!
What a wonderful event!
And again- your right- carrots store at room temps!
love to you

Hi Coco! It looks like you had a great time meeting all the dogs. I like it when I'm the only puggie because then I get all the attention and all the treats. Pugs rule!
