My Weekend

Hi Friends!
I spent the whole weekend trying to convince my mom to decorate my home for Christmas. But she had a better idea for Saturday. Since we are moving out of the apartment sometime next year, my mom decided to take me to the new neighborhood for me to get used to it. There are lots of gardens and lakes. I started going to the neighborhood when it was under construction two years ago and I used to jump to my mom's lap everytime we reached the last left corner. This time I didn't do it because I was busy chewing my bone.

I met some new friends already. This will help mom get to know the new neighbors, I will introduce them to her!

After a while, I was ready to go home.

See the white stuff in the car seat? Remember the smoothie mom "invited" me a week ago? Mom found the remains under the seat.

"Mom, please, can we go now? You didn't bring me lunch!"

When we got home mom left again, this time with dad. That was OK with me because they need to spend some time together.

On Sunday they woke up early and got ready to leave. I stayed by mom's shoes just in case she decided to take me along. But she didn't wear those shoes...

Mom returned home 6 hours later. She said she spent the whole time riding bicycle and regreted not taking the camera with her because the weather and scenery were gorgeous. Mmmmhhhh... I don't think it is possible to have something gorgeous without a pug.

Anyway, she brought home some leaves. She noticed that the seagrape changes colors, just like the trees change colors in Canada in fall. She liked it.

I am counting the days for Christmas. I am worried Santa won't be able to find our apartment because last Christmas we were not living here. What if the post office didn't notify him on time?

"Mom, will Santa still come if there is no snow? How will he ride his sleigh?"

Coco, it is so nice of you to introduce your mom to the new neighbors! You are such a gentleman.

Don't you worry about Santa Pug finding your apartment! He would never let a good boy like you get by without any gifts! :)

Those leaves are so beautiful! You should dry them and frame them!
No worries, CoCo - Santa Paws can see where every good-puggie lives from up there at the North Pole.

Hi Coco! Don't worry about Santa not finding you...you are such a good pug that he'll probably get to your place first!
We agree with you about scenery only being gorgeous with a pug in it! And you are such a handsome pug (winks from Jasmine);-)
Pug hugs and kisses!

CoCo Santa paws knows exactly where you are! Your Mommy is so much cooler than mine! When we moved I didn't get to get used to the apartment complex at all! I can't wait till Christmas either!!!

And Coco, don't worry. Santa will know where you are! That's all part of the magic!
