Lunch: a grilled cheese sandwich.

I went to the apartment at lunch time, as usual, to walk Coco and rest for a while. The apartment was only 10 minutes away from work. This time I didn't rest much, I still had a lot of things to pack.

In the afternoon, work was... kind of slow. I am the only full-time employee now. I always see the sun set from the office's front door.
Once I got home I knew I was going to miss my apartment. It was nice to live so close to the office and to be in a very central location.
Once I walked into the apartment, Coco started jumping and dancing. He was hungry! It had been a week since he started being picky with his food. He's been eating prescription diet for more than a year, because of his weak inmune system. I think he is not eating because of the stress of us moving out... we spent the last month between my apartment and my husband's house, moving things and packing stuff. What I know for sure is that it is not the addison's disease. He eats everything else. This time I tried to hand feed Coco. It didn't work. I run out of olive oil - that works for sure - so I added a some green beans instead. He ate.

Time for Coco's afternoon walk!

After Coco is taken care of, I can finally eat my first regular meal of the day. Leftovers from the restaurant we went to a couple of days ago: rice with black beans (cuban style) and sunny side up eggs. My favorite.

The look from my table. Ugly and messy. Remember: I was moving out!

After begging for a while and not getting anything, Coco always rests in the cold tile of the kitchen (well, in the apartment it was linoleum, not tile).

The living room. I packed more boxes for a few hours before going to sleep.

The final request: more carrots, please. Right before going to sleep. Good night!

Moving can be very stressful. Dad says the next place he is moving to is a box in the ground. ha ha

Hi little Coco and mom,
I hope you get into the swingo of things soon at your new home. It does take awhile to get into the rythem. Have you tried to eat cooked sweet potatoes (baked) yumm, can even broil them a little and get some extra taste.
I hope your appetite comes back soon Coco. I love green beans too. Your mama's food looks soooo good - my mom said.

Sandra, I can't believe your phone takes such great pictures! Mine always come out blurry!
I hope you are settling into your new place.
Moving is stressful on everyone! I think Coco will get through the movie with flying colors, though. And don't worry about the mess. My house looks like that now, and I'm not moving so I don't have that excuse!!! :)
