On their way to the beach...

... mom and dad found an art fair.

with nice colorful paintings framed on old crab traps,



and other art items nice as well.


There were chairs to relax by the sea,



flying pigs hanging from the ceiling

and ghosts roaming through the exhibits.

There was a seafood restaurant that kept mom away.

Mom doesn't like to see, smell or taste fish or seafood*.
I don't like to stay home.
But I had to stay home, and mom had to smell the fish.
Daddy asked her to follow him to see something interesting in the back of the restaurant.

This is me last winter in Saint Augustine, Florida.
I am sure I am much more interesting than whatever dad wanted to show mom.
And even though I have bad breath sometimes, I don't smell like fish.

*NOTE: Mom won't eat fish or seafood unless it is in ceviche or jalea (peruvian style deep fried fish and calamari). For everything else, she will say she is allergic.
