This week I have devoted myself into teaching my mom how to properly use her new cellphone. She was able to do some things but she still has not learned the basics such as how to make a call quickly, how to save the number of someone that just called, etc.
I hope she makes some progress today, otherwise I will have to keep this phone for myself and get her a land line.Sincerely,

Wow Coco! I think my mom needs your help with her phone too! She's had it for over a month and still can't figure it out!
I meant to tell you, we met a Pug at our event on Saturday named Buster that lost both of his eyes too! He was a happy guy and made us think of you and smile!

Some times it is hard to figure out how to work all the fancy things they have on the phone. Tell your mom I don't blame her in the least.

Humans can be so dumb about technology...it's a good thing they have us smart puggies to show them how to work things, like phones, the computer, the camera, the treat jar...

I found with mine, alot of trial and error. As well stop by the carriers kiosk and ask the guys behind the desk. New phones take practise! It looks pretty though!!
